Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 25, 2026
Call Time AI ("the app") is made by Justin Francis, an individual developer publishing as Push SI ("I", "me"). This policy explains what the app collects, why, and your choices. Questions: AVIDEOPRO@outlook.com.
Who controls your data
Call Time AI is used by companies (for example, AV event companies) to schedule their crew. When you join a company, that company's admins and coordinators can see and manage the information you share with it. I run the service that stores the data; your company decides how it uses your information for its own staffing.
What the app collects
Account information — your name, email address, password (handled by Google Firebase Authentication; I never see it), and phone number.
Profile information you add — positions/skills, an optional emergency contact (name, phone, relationship), alert preferences, quiet hours, time zone, a contact-visibility setting, and an optional payout-preference note.
Work information — companies you belong to and your role, shifts and jobs, availability, time-off requests, swap/drop requests, clock-in/out times, timesheets, pay estimates and payment records, ratings or skill levels your company records, and notes.
Location (only if you allow it) — when you clock in or out, the app reads your precise location once to check whether you are at the venue. Those coordinates are saved with that punch record and visible to your company. The app does not track location in the background.
Messages — if your company turns on chat, messages you post are stored and visible to everyone in that company. A report of a message is stored for that company's managers. A block list is stored for you in that company.
Notifications — if you allow notifications, the app saves a device notification identifier to your profile. (In this version, remote push delivery is not yet connected.) In-app alerts are stored so you can read them.
Calendar feed — if you use calendar subscription, a private link token is stored so your calendar app can fetch your shifts.
Public forms — crew applications and labor requests submitted through a company's form include name, email, phone, positions, experience, and notes. To prevent abuse, the service temporarily records the sender's IP address and email for rate limiting.
On your device — the app stores your sign-in session and some cached data locally. The on-phone sample stores that sample on the device.
What the app does not do
- No advertising, no ad tracking, and no selling or renting of data.
- No third-party analytics or crash-reporting SDKs.
- No access to your contacts, photos, camera, or microphone.
Service providers
Data is stored and processed on Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Functions), operated by Google LLC. Opening an address may hand it to a maps app or website you choose.
AI features
AI features (such as auto-filling shifts, replacement suggestions, reading work orders, and daily briefings) are planned but not live. Before they launch, this policy will be updated to explain what data they use and any AI providers involved.
How long data is kept
Data is kept while your account is active and as long as your company needs its scheduling and payroll records. Rate-limit records are short-lived.
Deleting your account
In the app, open Profile, then Delete account, and confirm. That deletes your login, profile, and personal details, and removes you from your companies. Company records that have to be kept for payroll, such as approved timesheets and payment history, stay with the company with your name removed where possible. Chat messages you wrote are replaced with a short notice that the account was deleted.
You can also request deletion by emailing AVIDEOPRO@outlook.com from your account email, or by using the request account deletion page. I will complete an email request within 30 days.
Your choices
- Edit your profile, phone, and emergency contact in Profile & Settings.
- Hide your contact info from coworkers (on by default).
- Turn location or notifications off in your device settings (geofenced clock-in may then fail if your company requires it).
- Report a chat message or block a person inside the company you have open.
- Leave a company by contacting its admin, or delete your account.
Children
Call Time AI is a workplace tool not meant for children under 16, and I do not knowingly collect their data.
Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections and protected by Firebase security rules that limit each company's data to its members. No system is perfectly secure.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example, the EU/UK or California), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data. Contact AVIDEOPRO@outlook.com.
Changes
I will post updates here and change the effective date. Significant changes will be announced in the app.
